All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

During a sale or the holidays, there may be delays of up to 5 business days. If your package is charged taxes and/or duties, you are responsible for paying these charges before delivery can be made.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY 

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted. 

**For hygienic reasons, returns, exchanges or refunds are generally excluded for ALL accessories. 

All items are subject to additional quality control before being shipped to you. In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact me at [email protected] and I will gladly replace it for you at no additional cost.

Customs fees

In the event that taxes and/or duties are applicable to your package, you are responsible for paying these fees before delivery can be made. It is recommended that you check with your local post office about these fees before placing your order to avoid any confusion. 

 

Stolen or lost mail

GNADE Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. However, a replacement may be provided on a case-by-case basis. If you have reason to believe that your order has been lost in transit, rest assured that I will provide you with a suitable solution. Therefore, do not hesitate to place your order. I will make sure you are well taken care of from start to finish. 

During the ordering process, please make sure that the mailing address you provide is complete and correct. GNADE Jewelry will not be responsible for packages returned due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Shipping delays

All shipments are made by courier services that operate independently of GNADE Jewelry. I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays that may occur due to customs or other reasons during transit time. Once packages are shipped, the shipping process is out of my control, although I always do my best to help you track them.
